Cream Multi Bow Bridal FascinatorAfter the first confusion with the colours of the fascinator on the website all was great. You fixed that quickly and replied quickly to my e-mails. As I said they arrived VERY quickly and were packed beautifully. After researching I think the quality of the fascinators was really good and for such a reasonable price. Having bought 2, I now don’t know which to wear! I do maintain that the cream fascinator should have the option of a cream band. As they are moveable this must be possible. Maybe you could ask customers which colour band they would prefer? Suppliers should be able to supply options? I am going to see if I can buy a cream headband to use instead. Fuschia and Orange Feather FascinatorJust wanted to give you some positive feedback from my recent purchase. I very rarely make a purchase online, but as I was in need of a fascinator that could be delivered quickly and a fascinator that was a bit quirky I had no option but to look on line and, thank goodness I came across your website. I placed the order prior to 12.30pm QLD time Monday 10/10/16 and opted for express post, and to my great surprise my little package was waiting for me when I got home tonight Tuesday 11/10/2016. The parcel had been left exactly as per my instructions. Both the design and colour are spot on and exactly what I had viewed online, often when purchasing something online you do wonder if what I looked at online and what is delivered are in fact the same product. So, well done on fabulous customer service – so rare these days and delivering an item that is true to the description online.
